Mary L. Travis, of Delton, age 94, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 17, 2020. Mary was born in Kalamazoo, on November 17, 1926, the daughter of the late Claude and Gladys (VandenBurg) Delbridge. She was united in marriage to Thomas Travis on December 15, 1945. He preceded her in death on April 30, 1994. Mary is survived by her children, Kenneth Travis, Gordon Travis, Becky (Greg) George and James Travis; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her children, Lyle, Charles and Beverly Travis; daughter in-law, Valinda (Cole) Travis and nine siblings. In accordance with Mary’s wish, she will be cremated and a committal service will take place at Hillside Cemetery in Plainwell at a later date.
