Wilde Bill Jones “Bill” passed peacefully at Borgess Hospital on Oct. 16 2020 in Kalamazoo, at the age of 58. He was born on July 23 1962 in Springfield, Ohio to Julia and Lawrence Jones. Bill is preceded in death by his parents and his beloved daughter Joy Carpenter. Bill is survived by his wife, Sandra Jones; his son, Keith Nunley; and step-children, Lonnie Leonard, Arthur Leonard and Nickole Vickery (Scott); as well as his siblings, Connie Culp , Linda Waldren, Larry Jones, and Kathy Jones; along with his grandchildren, Jessica Kuykendall, Samantha Moon, Mason Leonard, Quinn Leonard, Elijah Leonard, Sydney Leonard, Kassi Pineau, Meagan Vickery, Logan Cross, Brooke Cross, Keith Nunley Jr., Ambrianna Nunley; and great grandchildren, Jasper Kuykendall, Kori Kuykendall, Max Vickery, Toby Moon, Rowan Moore, Russell Moon, Lilith Kuykendall, and Morrison Harmon, Aurora Pineau. Bill was accomplished at building custom fishing rods and loved to fish. He was a generous individual who loved everyone. He was also an active and dedicated member of the Inward Man Fellowship Church in Prairieville. A service is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 24, 2020 2 p.m. at the Inward Man Fellowship Church located at 10221 S. Norris Rd., Delton MI 49046, Pastor Bill Blair will officiate the ceremony. A celebration of Bill’s life will immediately follow at the Delton VFW Post 422 located at 10353 Stoney Point Dr,. Delton, MI 49046. All are welcome to attend the service and or celebration to gather with friends and family.
