Loretta Evelyn Hill of Middleville, passed away peacefully at Carveth Village-Middleville, on August 24, 2020 after a lengthy illness.
Loretta was born November 29, 1937. She was a loving wife and mother who loved the Lord.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Joseph and Emily Graczyk; brothers, Jerome Graczyk, Donald Graczyk.
She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 20 years, Alfred; four children - son, Michael (Maryellen) Cherry, daughters, Laural Cherry, Sheryl Forsyth, Gail Kenyon; stepdaughter, Gail Sleeman; grandchildren, Lindsay (Keith) Moore, Stacy (Sean) McKellip; step grandchildren, Chelsea (Andy) Koenigsknecht, Matt Melching, Heidi Richey; great grandchildren, Paige Faber, Broc Moore, Dylan Moore, Piper Moore, Dylan Koeningsknecht.
Loretta was the oldest of three children. She volunteered at Commission on Aging and Thornapple Manor. She LOVED her crafts. Loretta adored her great grandchildren and enjoyed doing things with them until she no longer could. Loretta retired from Blue Cross / Blue Shield after 17 years.
Services were held at Lauer Family Funeral Home with Deacon Jim Mellen presiding. A burial has taken place at Our Lady of Hope Cemetery in Brownstown Twp.
