Though the Biggest Little St. Patrick's Day parade was one of the coldest in its 15-year history, organizer and WBCH Administrator Sue Radant said participation was good.
The parade began at 1 p.m. Saturday down Jefferson Street, and showcased local businesses, organizations, governmental departments and anyone else who decided to show up wearing green.
“It's kind of a fun, show-up, silly quirky parade,” Radant said. “We were really happy with the response.”
The parade is a joint effort between the WBCH staff and the business owners on South Jefferson
